A Little about Virginia and other helpful information
Briarwood Estates is in the Historic town of Virginia Minnesota. Located in St. Louis County. It is said that Alfred R. Humphreys, an early mining leader, named the city after his wife, Virginia. It is also said that Virginia was a name fitting the abundance of virgin forest of great White and Norway Pine. Often referred to as the "Queen City of the North", Virginia was ranked the 5th largest city in Minnesota in the 1920's. Virginia was the “hub” of the Iron Range.
U.S. Highway 53, U.S. Highway 169, and State Highway 135 are three of the main arterial routes in the city.
The area around Virginia offers recreational opportunities galore. (biking, fishing, boating, water skiing, snowmobile riding, ice fishing, sledding, etc.) You will always find something fun to do in the area!
The City of Virgina has a rich history and still has a small town feel, yet the community is active and growing. The schools are top notch and students have a wide variety of successful academic and extra curricular activities to choose from.

The community is a pet-friendly for animals under 25 lbs.
Residents are able to build a garage on your lot with park approval.
Persons interested in moving into the park must apply and go through an application and background process. Total cost per person is $35.00
If you are interested in moving a new home into the park there are incentive programs to help with your moving costs. If you are a current resident of the park and refer someone who moves a home into the park there is a special reward!
